OVERVIEW
Flow With Kindness provides members with exclusive access to inspirational stories, mental wellness resources, and other premium content. Membership options include monthly or annual subscriptions, each with auto-renewal.
SUBSCIPTION & RENEWAL
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), depending on the package selected during sign-up.
Billing Date: Payments will be charged on the same date of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, additional attempts will be made.
Notifications: You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment and renewal.
PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other methods as specified during checkout.
Billing Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your access may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
CANCELLATION
User-Initiated Cancellations: Should you choose not to renew your subscription, cancellations must be initiated by you through your account settings. Simply go to the Billing Section of your account to cancel. This will prevent future charges while allowing you to retain access to your subscription content until the end of your current billing cycle.
No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any membership fees paid, including partial months or unused portions of the subscription.
TRIAL PERIOD
Eligibility and Duration: We may offer a trial period for new users. The duration and availability of the trial are at our discretion and may vary.
Limited Access: During the trial, access to premium features may be restricted. Full access is reserved for paid members.
Automatic Conversion: Unless canceled before the end of the trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the payment method on file will be charged.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring its accuracy.
Non-Transferable: Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP TERMS
We reserve the right to modify membership features, pricing, or these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an announcement on our website. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
By User: You may cancel your membership at any time as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
By Flow With Kindness: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of our policies or misuse of our services.
